This natural anaerobic coffee is loaded with tropical fruit notes, reminding us of fruit loops. From El Vergel estate in the Tolima region. We are so excited to offer this as the second coffee in our Estate Series. This coffee spends 60 hours in anaerobic fermentation and then is intermittently dried for 35 days before further processing.
