Light Roast 

This natural anaerobic coffee is full of tropical and red fruit notes. From El Vergel estate in the Tolima region. We were so excited to snag a few bags of this coffee as this years crop was very small. This coffee spends 60 hours in anaerobic fermentation and then is intermittently dried for 35 days before further processing.
