From one of the most recognized regions in the world known for quality coffee.  A new wet mill was constructed in 2019 within the Chelbesa Village known as Danche. Exclusively red coffee cherries are purchased here from nearby farmers. The new fermentation tanks were constructed from ceramic which retains heat from the sun, speeding up the fermentation process and bringing brightness and clarity to the cup.
